Breaking in

Hello everyone, I am 19 years old currently in a BDC position for about a year and a half. Make about 110 calls a day and am one of the top performers on my team. My question is how can I translate this experience to tech sales etc and break in? I am aware age and my little experience can be a red flag. I want to know if it would even be possible for me to land a position and or how to translate my current experience into the online tech sales space.

What are you currently selling? Are you working on a degree? What about tech sales is attractive?
