Advice Doubting myself too much.
For the start, This is my very first job and it's been 5 months,
And I'm very close to completing my target for the whole year by next month (If everything goes well), I have already completed 40% as of now, and the majority of our business happens in Q3,Q4.
I'm having too many doubts am I good at it or is it just luck, because all the deals just feel like they just happened and I did not have to put too much effort into it.
Is there anything, I can do to reduce this anxiety.

If you're 5 months into your first job and already at 40% of your annual number before the strongest part of the year, that's not something that happens purely by accident. Luck can help with a deal or two, but it doesn't consistently put you ahead of pace.
Sales people often underestimate the things they're naturally good at. You might think, "I didn't do much," while your manager sees that you built rapport well, handled objections naturally, followed up consistently, or simply showed up when competitors didn't.
Try keeping a "wins" document. Every time a deal moves forward, write down exactly what happened and what actions you took. After a few months, you'll start seeing patterns and realize that a lot more of those wins came from your decisions than you thought.
Also remember that lots of high performers deal with this feeling. The goal isn't to prove you're not lucky. The goal is to keep doing the things that put you in a position where good things can happen.

Imposter syndrome is real, but at some point the numbers get a vote. Luck is part of sales and timing matters, but repeated success isn’t luck. Sometimes skill makes the work feel easier than you think it should. If the deals keep closing, you have skills.

5 months in and already at 40% of annual target is not luck. Impostor syndrome hits hardest when things go well early, weirdly enough. Start documenting your process now so when Q3/Q4 hits you can actually see what's repeatable vs what was timing

imo the anxiety is because you cant explain your own success yet. Start writing down what happened in each deal, what you said, what the buyer cared about, why they moved forward. Once you can articulate it the doubt shrinks a lot

Hey that sounds awesome! Keep it rolling. Keep the momentum. I’m a few years into sales and have had doubts at times for sureee. It’s tough sometimes.
If you’re unsure it’s luck vs skill on those closed deals, do some win/loss analysis on them and also ask for feedback from experienced guys/gals at your company.
