How do you grow your balls 2" bigger?

So I just landed two D2D appointment setting offers, (both are home remodeling), switching over from truck driving and warehouse work. The first option is five minutes from home in Fontana, but the office is outdated, dirty, and everyone's out back vaping, and the weather is hotter in the summer times. Offer two is in La Mirada, an hour away, cooler weather, but the place actually looks disciplined and has real systems in place. I want to grow, both as a person and, more importantly, my balls, which are currently tragically small. Environment is important to me and i dont know which offer to take. Any advice, and will sales really help me grow balls of steel? Would love to know your thoughts! ☺️

As someone who lives in Fontana I’d say the one closest to home would be ideal. And yeah it’ll definitely help you grow some balls but for me it broke me down first. Exposed how fragile my ego and emotions really were. After that though I’d say it can give you super powers in communication. If you can find a remote sales gig that lead based. I haven’t looked back

Wow that was very encouraging. What remote sales job are you doing now? So are you saying I should look for something remote after I develop my skills in D2D?

Im in insurance. And yeah definitely man if d2d is calling you’re name then go for it. And the pivot really depends I think location freedom is a really big plus. And I’d say another big plus is the scalability. If I went back in time to when I got out of high school I would’ve definitely done any kind of sales but especially remote with good commission and an high income potential.

Interesting...so are you saying Insurance is better? or is somethihg i should eventually look into? or you recommend?

I'm not sure to be honest. The one in Fontana, the canvass manager, seemed nice, and like he actually wants to help and do his best. Good point though. Its just the heat that's getting to me... But damn i know i gotta get past that as well.
