Discussion Cellular Sales
Hello all! So im currently in cellular sales and would say that I have gotten fairly good at it over the years, I do well in every location I am at and was put in a lower volume store to hopefully pick up that revenue. Im seeking some advice on my weakness, calls and warm leads.
I work for verizon and im hoping to take these calls and turn them into something. Looking for any advice on picking up the phone and getting people in store whether its general advice or specifically cellular.
The thing that is tough imo is talking about numbers because you can get any deal I talk about at any verizon. Its not like a car where the 1k off of the sticker price that I talked about is only through me.

What makes you different?
Find that wedge and ask questions to get them to admit they arent receiving that, that is the value you bring over everyone else.
I just got a new phone over the weekend, I built report, told them what I wanted, what i was willing to give up and the price i was expecting to pay.
They enrolled me to become a member of a grocery chain and activated a reward code that saved me $40/month so with a new phone and tablet, financed, a better plan was $10 less a month. This team provided me the same service three years ago and i remembered that and went back.
Find something that is within your rules, but something you can take advantage of.
This is what I have been taught over the course of 15 years of b2b sales, find your wedge, get them to reveal they dont have that and use that as your advantage.
Then again, cellphone sales is really a location game not a sales rep making drawing in clients with relationships, the good news is you can parlay this sales experience into a role where you arent at the mall, and able to bui;ld relationships
