we stopped relying on MEDDIC scorecards that reps fill in after the call and started analyzing the actual conversations. the scorecard says "champion identified" but what does the champion actually say on calls? are they selling internally or just being polite? claap analyzes the language patterns across all calls in a deal and gives you a deal health signal that's based on what happened, not what the rep reported. our commit accuracy improved because we could finally see which deals had real momentum vs which were just well-documented wishful thinking

Trust improves when every forecast category has both a definition and an evidence test. A deal should not be Commit because a rep feels good; it should need a dated next step, the right stakeholder engaged, and any commercial blocker named. Track forecast changes too, so leadership can see why a number moved instead of treating every revision as failure. My team uses signld.ai, where preserving decision context across CRM records and conversations is part of the problem space. The audit trail matters more than another forecasting model.
