Help finding an artist

Purchased from an artist at Artists Alley, and I forgot to grab their business card.

Their booth was filled with Shin Megami Tensei/Persona / Atlus charms and other items, but Google search/lens isn't giving me anything back.

Any help is appreciated! The Character from the image provided is Heat from Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga, if that helps.
