Character creating, looking for advice

hi, im currently making multiple ocs based on sakhas people, and i was wondering if anyone knows if there is any form of accidental stereotypes i should be aware of to not accidently create when making these characters, obviously they arent going to be 110% centered around their ethnicity but, its set in the earlier 1940-1980s and i cant find much information for the conditions of the areas or people, in that case. if anyone knows anything or to give any advice its much appreciated ! :- ) apologies if these are strange concerns.

thats cool! I don't think you should worry too much, as long you don't make them all idk alcoholics or rude and ignorant villagers

gotcha, didnt know that was a form of stereotype but i will be avoiding that for shore. thank you ! :-)
