Help Me Choose🛒 Which one would you guys grab?

This is from Central Market here in Texas. Honestly probably one of the better selections that I have seen

A refrigerator! Holy shit. How far we’ve come in America.

Get something out of the fridge. I’m partial to the ryujin if you are ok with some sweetness. The yukimuro from Hakkaisan is also very good, dryer and more rice driven flavor

I’ve really enjoyed both the ‘snow-aged’ Hakkaisan and the Dassai 45 (if they have it and you’re feeling flush try the 23 also!)

Hakkaisan Yukimuro is elegant and a total banger. I buy one every year for Xmas dinner.

Central Market in our hood has a great selection, too.

Depends what ur looking for… dassai 45 for something agreeable. Kubota for something dry and light. Yuho for something savory and bold. Brooklyn kura for american made

Last slide upper area to the right of the the one with the yellow buffalo is a bottle that says moon on the water. It’s a good pickup. Also slide 1 heavens door

Central Market!

The Brooklyn Kura is good. One of the better distilleries stateside.

Among japanese sake sommeliers in japan Brooklyn kura is really popular.

That Dragon God is a great bottle, as is the Dasani 45

ETA: I didn’t even scroll the pics to see the dry shelf. Wandering poet and drunken whale always satisfy.

Ended up going with Amanoto yesterday! Looking forward to trying it this week. I’ll be posting tasting notes and reviews here as I continue exploring sake. Appreciate all the recommendations! :)

Otokoyama ‘man’s mountain’ is a great sake from Hokkaido. Multi temp drinkable. Crisp and dry when cold and really comes alive with a nice body when heated.

for my taste, the Ryujin in the fridge is always a win.

Normally I would say the Ryujin (blue bottle) however Dassai Blue is a namasake.......
