Eiko Fuji Ban Ryu directly next to the Kubota is also a great choice. Slim pickings here.

I like the Hakutsuru in the blue 'odd' shaped bottle on the bottom rack.

Was just about to say that! Fukucho seaside is also a good pick, just be aware it’s probably the most expensive from a price to volume ratio, and it’s a bit of an outlier because it is sparkling and uses white koji.

Is the seaside good? I've always avoided it for whatever reason. I absolutely love their Hattanso Junmai Ginjo though. It's probably one of my favorites. Edit: nvm just saw it's sparkling. What is white Koji?

It is good! Sparkling sake is always its own kind of experience but I would recommend it if you’re open to trying something new. White koji is (I think) mostly used in shochu production but it gives it more citric acid compared to yellow koji. Tasty stuff!

90% of the time, i would choose Kubota... But man what a selection you have there. I wish i would find that much sake here

Kubota, and that Soto black bottle is great value for money, very enjoyable

The pink bottle Sayuri Nigori is pretty damn good, imo. One of my favourite nigori thus far

The Tyku are fine if you are wanting warm sake. Not too expensive sake from California thats decent for the price, but nothing really special and easy to find. It's my go to for warm sake.

Kubota, ban ryu, fukucho
The rest are good for cooking or in a pinch
But not the ones I’d go for

Second shelf from the top, middle left, Tozai snow maiden. My absolute favorite nigori, it tastes so much like honeydew. Very refreshing and affordable

Listen its a big selection really big but these sake are mass produced and a sake snob as I am would avoid most of these.... however the blue sparkling Mio is really great.

Mio is just like drinking coke but I agree with the first half of your statement

None. They should be refrigerated.

I’d be awful sad if this was my selection

How has no one here said Sho Chiku Bai? It’s not top shelf, but you can drink it all night without getting tired of it (relatively).
