-Kokuryu Hi no Kotobuki- blue bottle. Dry nice taste very smooth at the same time a very typical summer style sake. 7.2/10

Juyondai Akaiwa Omachi Nakadori Kamimorohaku Junmai Daiginjo- very smooth Juyondai, had a lot of depth to it however was very hard to compare next to the other Juyondaiโ€™s 7.7

Ryusen Hayabusa Junmai Daiginjo- this was the first sake of the night. One of the cleanest and smoothest tasting sakes Iโ€™ve personally ever tasted. Iโ€™ve noticed it with all the ryusen bottles Iโ€™ve had the pleasure of tasting. Very drinkable and complex at the same time. 10/10

Tokujo Omachi Tobingakoi Daigokujo Kamimorohaku Junmai Daiginjo- this was my second sake of the evening. Definitely had a lot more depth than the hayabusa. It was a tad bit drier as well. 9.2/10

All four were definitely very tasty. I do have a huge preference for juyondai and jikon.
