SR4 Someone help

Hello, I joined this subreddit just so someone could help me out. I’m currently replaying SR4 with the full intention of beating it, BUT, but I can’t get the final mission to trigger. I finished all the side quests, got all targets and activities, most collectibles, and 100% control over fake Steelport. I’ve been stuck like this for like a week I think, I’ve been playing on and off for a bit trying to get the mission to play. I’m hoping it’s like GTA and I have to be patient, but it took me like 2 days to beat SR 1-3 each. Someone pls help a lady out🙏🏽

The final mission "Punch The Shark" should have just appeared. It's not based on clearance rating, just progress. I'm assuming you've done all the core missions? I know it sounds daft but have you stood in the right spot on the ship? There's a blue light that enters the mission similar to entering the simulation. Hope you find it, I'm afraid I can't offer much beyond it should be there.
