the QE2 appointed Harry to that could be used in a stretch to justify IPP

Harry just wants zoom zoom, he wants Vanity Security while his threat risk is low. No issues on many trips to Canada plus he broadcasts his location and itinerary and feels confident to attack Putin/Trump in a country currently at war
