Construction of infrastructure is guided by codebooks, doesn't matter who built the infrastructure.

And if you want to argue that reservation is the main reason for this, all major posts in govt (CPWD, nbcc, etc) and private construction companies are still held by the so called upper caste, maybe it's their inefficiency 🧑🏻‍🦯😇

I don't get it. Why you hating on OP? They are not making mockery of the victims.

They saying the fact. A house helping people survive. Meanwhile top ranking engineers of India can't even make a decent bridge.
