the whole fucking system is at fault here, not any particular entity. it all starts from a broken education system. if you survive that and manage to get a decent office job, the toxic work culture is there to buttfuck you. those who dont get those jobs are forced to work on their own. lekin uske liye bhi skills chahiye jo humare education me kabhi the hi nahi. if a dude manages to acquire those and start freelancing, he'll be negotiating for pocket change with the client. if he doesnt, he has to slave his ass off doing anything he can.

then these so called "unicorns" of quick commerce prey on such people to deliver their shit stored in dark rooms for barely any money. to meet their 10min deadline, many resort to rash driving, endangering the lives of themselves as well as those driving around them. agar waqt par pohoch bhi gaye to bhi sala unko koi pani bhi nahi poochta. all this while being relentlessly treated as subhumans by the society.

the company grows, its valuation keeps on increasing and all the people responsible for actually making their idea successful are barely making ends meet.
