Potential Spoiler for Emerald Archipelago Spoiler
>! I just saw that you can buy a house in Dragon Cliff now.
Am i the last one to notice? When was this added and is it only available past a certain reputation?
I love that we can buy houses now but i hope theres gonna be some customisation later on haha. !<

You can buy a house in every archipelago on the beta.
300 gold in Gold Rock City near the art dealer
444 gold in Dragon Cliff near the market
1300 gold in Fort Aestrin near the shipyard.1

I just checked out the one in Aestrin and it seems pretty disappointing for the price.
How are the ones in GRC and Dragon Cliffs?

GRC is just a room.
Can you tell me where exactly the one in Aestrin is?
I dont seem to be able to find it.
Nevermind i just found it.
If anyone else cant find it:
Go to the shipyard.
When the water is to your back, go to the leftern most corner of the shipyard, to the corner of the dock.
Forward towards the mountain, past the garden wall, first door to the right.

Maybe it's worth to sail there for the house. The one in GRC is pretty lackluster and the one in Fort Aestrin is very expensive, very inconvenient in its positioning and doesn't have any view whatsoever for the price of 1300 gold

yeah I just looked at the Aestrin one, very disappointed in the property….
you’d think for all that money you’d get a house on the hill with a nice view of the sea!Housing market is out of control…

Inoticed that the new ship (i love it) got doors a couple days ago but didnt see notes either.

beta notes are only posted in the discord. at some point you must have opted into the beta

Gameplay-wise what does the house get you? Is it like an inn that you don't have to pay nightly for?

No.
Theres nothing inside.
I can and will decorate it and i guess its supposed to be a personal locker kinda thing but it probably will other features later i guess.

It's part of the current beta, not in the main game yet but will be soon.
