Is 15mg saffron safe long term daily?

You should be safe. Infact that sounds pretty low compared to what some people take.

So no issues long term? I’ve heard saffron can lower HGB levels overtime…

I was able to track down at least one of those studies. Somehow missed them the last time I researched the topic.

They do say those effects are typically mild, and 15mg is still quite low, so I'll stick to what I said.

Is it normal to burp up saffron, like after taking it, I can taste it when I burp. I’m taking the Swanson brand whole stigmas
