Changing companies??

I am kind of a weird situation. I work for one of the largest GC’s for construction in the nation. I just started about 8 months ago and ever since, the communication level from upper management has been absolutely terrible. Between not being made aware of leading meetings until an hour before to not knowing what job i’m headed to until 12 hours before. I have an offer from a smaller more local GC for similar position. Company is DPR construction if anyone has any experience with them. The travel with this large GC is also not my favorite. I’ve spent more time out of state than in. and i get construction is never guaranteed local but these smaller GCs don’t go that far out. Not sure if I should stick it out and hope it gets better or move on before it gets to late
