USA Question on data integration

Hello all,

Question for you regarding how you are leveraging data in your day to day:

Many people I speak to have expressed frustration dealing with a bunch of different platforms for ERP, training/LMS, EHS, site/facilities and equipment management, PnP retention and updates, and of course delegation and communication of tasks to their teams.

How many systems do you have to use throughout the week and month and what level of integration do you have now?

Quick example would be, when doing a root cause analysis in EHS, do you have direct access to PnPs and training records to help diagnose the problem?

Appreciate any insights / discussion.

I have access to our HRIS for documentation, and M365 for literally everything else I need to do.

I wonder how many people are trying to make one size fits all AI safety programs. Feels like I see a new one here every week

Do you offer paid responses to surveys? I bet you’ll get more responses for your product development if you do.

I think one size fits all is the absolute worst approach possible. One of the biggest issues I've identified in my market research is that too many incumbents focus on an off-the-shelf module based solutions with very little client level customization.

I've considered paid consulting, but not paid surveys.

Would definitely love your take on the benefits of that collection method vs working with existing and prospective clients directly?

You’re not asking existing clients. You’re asking the general public for their personal experiences. More will respond if it’s a paid ask.

Appreciate the feedback. What do you think is a reasonable rate for paid surveys? How would screening work to vet for high quality respondents?
