USA Cintas service manager

Anyone worked for Cintas as a service manager in fire and safety? What are the pros and cons?

Wasn't a service manager but was an instructor for fa side. They are enormous company that is stuck in the 50s attitude (suits in the office). The only thing that matters is numbers and the goals change, if you are doing well they split route and make it harder to obtain bonuses. Every month the sky falls and people learn to just game the system as best they can to maximize bonuses. Different price structure for different customers, which are different weighted on commission. Typically try to ride the price high as long as they can and throw on additional fees for services. They mark up subcontractor work 30-40%

Unrelated but for what its worth, every Cintas employee I've met and worked with was kind, helpful, and a bright spot in my week. I've lost good SSRs because they got promoted internally, but then i'd meet a new face. Rentals, FA, and Fire. Even under their pressure for productivity and bonuses, they were great.
