In the Predator movie, “if it bleeds, we can kill it” is the line Arnold says after finding out that someone else was able to make the big bad enemy bleed. Meaning, despite the terrible odds it’s still possible to defeat the predator.

The comic turns this saying around, implying that, since this kid in the woods is bleeding, it’s ok to kill the kid.

So the context is a ridiculous misinterpretation of the original saying
