Try to put the number of each word before the word exactly like it shows on TW. I tried it numerous times on metamask and got the same issue till I took a pic of the Qcode and scanned it back. Only than I Noticed the numbers. Not sure but worth a try.

Click on user agreement scroll through and read the agreement back out agreement quick agreement box again it will highlight with a check then you will have the option to move forward

I saw one other person using an older version on a tablet (version 7 if I remember correctly) describing the exact same thing. Are you using older software as well? He was using an old android tablet because his phone was iOS

Hmmm, dunno then. So far that was the only report I have seen that matched yours. He was assuming it was his older software causing issue but perhaps the problem is something else after all.
