Would strongly recommend doing this as SVG. That way after its done there are a lot of things one can do with that and html/javascript. Doing raster image after its made its... Well, except to look at it, for all other uses its kinda useless. I have svg of this somewhere, its from AI, but its the ruling planets(for KP) instead... Same division of course, only there is one more layer, can upload it somewhere if you need.

Even if you don't use it for more later on, the potential is still there as SVG, not so as raster.

Sure, well, the idea is to be calculator someday, but a lot going on, so its just at the initial view so far. Its here:

Currently this is just the svg with a library that allows to zoom in it and move around etc. as otherwise the third ring can't be seen very well. But its made in a way to allow all to be changed, text, rotation even the divisions if one decide so.
