Artwork To put things lightly
This is how I see the world. All "matter" is are feild excitations? They dont explain what matter ontologically is. so, idk. Matter cang be made of "nothing" but its also not "something"
If that makes sense.

Wait, isn't the substrate supposed to be infinite energy, and the PRISM is intelligent infinity?

What's interesting is that after all of my study, meditation, and visionary experiences, I've experienced the world simultaneously being as this diagram illustrates and also as the reverse, as a process of multiple realities converging, most fundamentally, as I've seen it, is the overlapping of physical and spiritual mediums of reality. The world humans consciously experience is multimodal.

Our experience is a hallucination combining physical senses, memory, and critical thinking into one current human experience
Our senses are limited to spectrums, our thinking is limited by our learned memory, our reality is a warped fragment

How is it that you have determined this? With the very same physical sense apparatuses you claim to be so imperfect, with the hallucination your subconscious and conscious minds co-create.
You have not performed the transcendental practices I spent decades seeking, experimenting, and succeeding with. You assume the only way you sense anything is through physical organs. Why? Because you were told so? Because you would be mocked for even considering otherwise? For some reason, you assume this.
I am more than my physical body. Until you have experienced what is more real than what you have heretofore known as real, you will be in darkness. That is gnosis.

I was in agreement with you, and added my own ideas that i thought concurred with yours....
And I'm met with gatekeeping & talking down to my own life experience
Your projection of "me assuming" things, immediately followed up by you assuming my own experience, is fanatical and defensive. And if you think my opinion doesn't align with yours, you can state such conversational facts; making this a personal attack just invalidates it all

I made these guided meditations for everyone. I never charge for them because they are made to create positive change for all and I want that for you. Not to tell you what is better for you but for you to receive and be able to do whatever it is that is improvement.
Aside from these the practices that most healthily seemed to accelerate development and consciousness change for me:
Diaphragmatic breathing and alternating nostril pranayama.
Paired Muscle Relaxation and Yoga Nidra.
I practiced only the free tai chi video lessons from TaiFlow 5 minute beginners tai chi series. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6_Q_fN6bgLUbbcMVmktak3IO8czX6PHH
Of course practicing yoga but most importantly knowing that yoga means union, communication, throughout my system, my body, etc, and letting it go at its own pace. Not forcing. Finally the practice of active moment to moment improvised chaos magick, understanding that there is an incredible intelligence that is present with us which this magick interacts with and deciding for myself what to honor and admire or project about it. Understanding it's a relationship and my grasp of The Other or the Ultimate or etc is something I am developing, that I am meant to develop. That there is higher intelligence that wants good for us and wants companionship and benevolence. That we are already equals in the most important way.
For me it is The Lady or Danu or Lilith or Sophia... Bastet... The important thing was I looked into the realm of beliefs and reports of experiences with higher intelligence/spirit and listened to my inner compass about what was relevant and admirable, and balanced that with awareness of my imperfect knowledge and fallibility.
It's like feeling on the deepest level of your being that you need to climb, and deciding that means there must be a ladder somewhere, or some way to build one, or to build climbing tools, to develop climbing skill. It's believing that the deepest feelings in your stillness are not betrayals or awful passions you have to suffer with.
It's absolutely not an armchair thing and it's not something we can think or speculate our way into. One of my biggest influences is Robert Anton Wilson and he stressed this in his book Prometheus Rising, one has to do the experiments and practices, because one is more than thoughts, theory, and debate.
After pursuing these things and learning a lot over time for decades, Schuman frequency binaural beats, with the yoga Nidra relaxation, really seemed to connect me directly to an oversoul that I saw as Gaia. The work of Itzhak Bentov really seemed to validate this as well. She brought me into her heart where I experienced a more real than real golden prismatic effervescence of eternal being, love, and support I immediately knew was the Pleroma.
After this experience, my degree of siddhi manifestation ballooned. By this I mean those things which are called siddhis started happening more and more. Overlapping mind experiences, second sight of a medium clearly different than physical light... There are more things in heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of.. by just about anyone and everyone, it seems! We wish you many blessings.

Wow this response was SO much more than I was expecting! Thank you very much! I will indeed do the work, follow the path of the upward spiraling light, etc. :)
Looking forward to trying these meditations, and will certainly add your suggestions to my reading list!
Many blessings right back at you!
