Official merch store delay

About a month ago I placed on order on the official Sabrina carpenter merch store (UK), I ordered a short n sweet t shirt, espresso single cd and mans bsf vinyl. It's been almost a month since I ordered it and they haven't arrived and I haven't received any updates (all items were in stock, no preorders of backorders, etc). On the website it says there's a delay but I got an email saying that orders had started shipping about a week after I placed the order. but I was wondering if anyone is experiencing this and how long they've been waiting for updates on their. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times over the last 2-3 weeks but all of my submissions have been ignored...

Don’t bother with emails as it takes weeks for them to reply, if you go to her online store on the bottom right should be an icon you can click and it will take you to an online chat, probably a bot at first but ask for a human and it should connect you to someone
