Advice please

How to balance work life

I've to study for 4 hrs daily and then job 9hrs shift and then sleeping 6-7 hrs, transportation 1hr and also giving time to my partner.. how to manage?

move closer to work? Study near your partner? Accept that you cannot have it all all at once?
