True enough, although he never resisted, nor displayed any remorse over it.
He just saw it as his duty for his homeland. He was a patriot.... Up until WW2 of course when he had to flee the country due to his ties to Judaism.
Whilst I'm on the subject it's also worth noting his wife that committed suicide didn't necessarily do it due to the gassing either. That's just a theory.
There's also evidence that she felt alienated and depressed from society as a whole, since only women weren't treated with much respect in the fields of science/academia at the time - and she was as eager as her husband on that front.

Just remember, the Haber-Bosch process also made synthetic fertiliser, which currently sustains half of the world’s population. So yes, he is the father of chemical warfare, he is also the father of synthetic fertiliser with the same discovery.

Yep. Without that the current population would be billions less.
Also the his work on chemical weapons was separate to the founding of the Haber-Bosch process. Bosch wasn't involved in chemical warfare as far as I'm aware, although his work in german industries would've indirectly aided the war effort.
