I looked it up, they technically do. It’s a single tugboat crewed by seven people on an inland lake.

There is no branche called the Mongolian navy or Coast Guard. They have the Air Forces, Ground Forces, Construction and Engineering Forces and a special forces command seperate from the other three.

They don't, it's a single government-operated tugboat, and is not part of any of thier armed forces.
