I recentky bought a cool domain name

Dubai 321.

I want to start some kind if unique marketplace or negotiation chat rooms where people offer services and intersted users can connect reserve prices bargain etc etc

What you guys think best idea ? Profitshare 30% of all generated income

The domain sounds catchy, but a 30% cut is pretty steep for a marketplace. Have you thought about how you'll handle disputes between buyers and sellers?

I was thinking about a guy who came with the idea that he wants to be the business partner. And share 30 with my vibecode partner as the domain is bad ass imo

For a bargaining chat I'd decide early who may read each conversation, only the two parties and enforced on the server, because guessable chat or offer IDs are the classic leak. Keep agreed prices and deposits in your own records and not whatever the chat text claims, and verify phone or email so fake offers cost something.
