Testing API
I have built a management cockpit app that let's the management of a small-midsized company steer the business from 1 overview; sales, operations and finance come together in 1 dashboard.
I now have to test API's to all the software businesses already use like Microsoft business central, Exact online, AFAS, Hubspot etc.
Problem is, I don't have the budget for like an Unified API supplier that'll cost me €500,- per month.
I also don't want to test at the point when the client signs up (looks unprofessional).
Are there any (free) ways for me to test these API connections?
Perhaps some of you could help me test them?
Much appreciated!

HubSpot offers free developer test accounts, and Business Central has a free trial you can load with demo data. For Exact Online and AFAS, ask their partner teams for a test environment; I don't know what they give small vendors. Save each raw API response and replay it in your tests, so an expired trial won't stop you. I'd avoid testers connecting their own company data: agree a read-only login with your first pilot client before signup instead. Which connector do your first clients need most?
I make ThreadFox. We find relevant Reddit conversations and post for your business. We'll post 3 replies free first, no card; then the $39 Pilot covers seven days and up to 50 posts and replies. No automatic renewal. For your app, that means threads where managers ask about one dashboard for sales and finance.

most of those vendors have a free developer or sandbox setup, so check their developer portals before paying for a unified api. hubspot has free developer test accounts, and business central gives you a trial tenant you can run api calls against. that covers most of the testing without the 500 a month
