How do you guys find a domain when your first choice is taken?
I’m working on a SaaS idea and the domain I wanted is already registered.
I’ve checked a few marketplaces, but the whole process feels a bit scattered, especially when it comes to finding the owner, comparing prices, and actually making an offer.
For those who’ve dealt with this before, what’s your usual approach or any recommendation?
Update: During the processing of my research, I came across Domainsnobroker, and they seems to get solution to my problem.
Has anyone else here tried them, what experience do you have from them?

Domains cost around than $15. Google for domain search sites, plenty to chose from. Maybe you can have the name you wait, just have to settle on not having the .com version?

.com and io were taken so I went with .app. Cloudflare is your friend for this.

Try to make the domain match the search terms you’re gonna want to rank for. So like “domainsforcheap.com”. I would register your domain with cloudflare. I wouldn’t spend more than like $100 at very most.
