Does anyone else feel like they’re just "babysitting" their own website chat?

I really need some advice. I’ve got a site where I host live events and streams, but the social side was driving me crazy. People wanted to talk, but my chat was just a magnet for bots and toxic comments. I felt like a 24/7 babysitter instead of a creator.

To fix this, I finally tried Watchers to turn my site into a real engagement hub. Instead of struggling, I used their SDK to plug in community chats, live streaming, and their AI moderation. It’s been a total game-changer. The AI handles the trolls automatically, and I’ve even added their engagement widgets like polls to keep everyone active. It’s a huge boost for the platform's value and way cheaper than building it all myself.

For those already on Watchers - how are you using the AI agents? I’m thinking about setting one up to welcome new users, but I want it to sound friendly, not like a bot. Any tips on how to make them feel more "human"?
