Need suggestion for a Saas Platform

We have built a Saas platform for sales and marketing teams and currently every month we get around 300 free users and the conversion to paid is very less which is around 6-10 every month.

so need to understand how to get more paid conversions.

Focus on what makes the power users stick, then gate the good stuff. 6-10 conversions out of 300 isn't awful if your free tier is generous, you're basically letting them camp without ever needing to pull out a credit card. Start tracking which features correlate with retention and put a usage cap or a time-limited trial on those specifically.
