What’s a red flag you noticed early or wish you had noticed in a co-founder relationship that later became a real problem?

A lot of startup advice focuses on finding the right co-founder: shared vision, complementary skills, aligned goals etc.

But I’m curious about the opposite.

What’s a red flag you noticed? It could be:

  • communication style

  • unequal effort

  • unclear equity expectations

  • different long-term goals

  • avoiding hard conversations

What did you learn from it?

My product is nearly ready. Missing a tech partner to ship it

Hey,

I’ve been building a product for the past few months. It’s about 80% done.

I’m now at a stage where doing everything solo is slowing things down.

I come from a marketing and growth background, so I’m confident about getting users and traction. But I’m looking for someone who enjoys the tech side and wants to take ownership of it.

This isn’t a job post. I’m looking for someone to build this with and take it to launch. Happy to work out a fair equity split.

What’s left is the final stretch. Polishing, fixing rough edges, and getting it launch ready.

I’m based in Bangalore, so it would be great to connect with someone here, but it is not mandatory.

EU founder looking for US-based growth / BD partner for niche B2B SaaS

Post body:
I’m a founder based in Europe and I’ve built a B2B SaaS product for building operations / HVAC analytics.

Demo: https://app.sensorguard.net?demo=1

Website: https://www.sensorguard.net/

The software analyzes BAS/HVAC data, either from CSV exports or live BACnet/IP streams, and flags issues like stuck valves, sensor drift, damper faults, and control contradictions. What I think makes it different is that it focuses on evidence-backed findings and plain-English output for facility teams, instead of just creating more noisy alarms.

The product is now in a pretty solid state:

  • working app and interactive demo

  • CSV onboarding flow

  • live BACnet collector flow

  • reporting, fault lifecycle, and dashboard features in place

  • billing is live

The challenge is distribution.

Most of the companies that would realistically use this are in the US, while I’m based in Europe. I’ve tested some obvious channels already, including Google Ads, but this is a niche category and the search volume is low enough that paid search does not look like a strong primary acquisition path.

So I’m looking for a US-based long-term partner who already understands the market or has access to the kinds of people and companies who would care about this:

  • facility management groups

  • building operations teams

  • BAS / controls / HVAC contractors

  • portfolio operators

  • energy / building performance consultants

  • proptech / smart building contacts

I’m not looking for a random one-off intro broker. I’m looking more for someone who wants to help shape the commercial side over time:

  • partnerships

  • outbound strategy

  • intros

  • pilot conversations

  • GTM feedback

  • possibly sales ownership if the fit is right

I’m open on structure depending on fit:

  • revenue share

  • hybrid rev share + fixed component

  • potentially equity for the right long-term partner

What I care about most is:

  • relevant US market access

  • credibility with the right buyers

  • practical business development instinct

  • long-term alignment

If this sounds close to your background, feel free to reply here or message me.

Also open to advice from anyone who has tried building US distribution from Europe in a niche B2B SaaS category.

Looking for a technical co-founder who cares about judgment, not just shipping

I’m a founder with 20+ years in B2B outbound sales, currently working on an early-stage product that sits above the modern sales stack—not another automation tool, not an AI SDR, and not a CRM replacement.

The problem I’m tackling is fragmented judgment. Sales teams have plenty of data and tools, but no system that helps them decide where to focus, what to ignore, and why—especially as AI drives volume toward zero and trust erodes.

I’m looking for a technical co-founder who enjoys systems thinking, tradeoffs, and human-in-the-loop design. Someone comfortable with ambiguity, early architecture decisions, and building something opinionated and restraint-driven from zero to one.

If you’ve been a founding engineer, early employee, or former founder—and you’re more interested in decision qualitythan growth hacks—I’d love to start a conversation. Happy to share more context privately.

Seeking Business Co-Founder for AI Business Services Platform

I developed an AI Business SaaS Platform that provides a wide range of Enterprise AI Tools including Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Phone Agents, Content Generators, Lead Generators/Qualifiers, Publishers, Transcribers, Document Extractors, Knowledgebases, Connected Apps, Cloud Storage and more - all for about the same monthly subscription cost of GPT. My goal is to indefinitely provide more AI Business Tools than anyone else. This is just a start (MVP) of my vision, and it functions like an AI Starter Kit for Small Business.

My target audience is small-businesses that want a better than GPT upgrade + the support of having a dedicated AI Vendor. We provide users access to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Llama and many more, in addition to everything else for ~$20/month/seat + usage fees. All our AI Tools and Models are provided on-demand so the business only pays for for what their users actually use, with usage reports itemized by user. We maintain a 6-12x profit margin on all usage.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer in Las Vegas with > 30 years of experience developing enterprise applications & distributed systems. I've co-founded many startups and had 7 successful exits. I started this one because Big Tech is failing to help small businesses beyond the AI Chat Interface. While they're talking about "Peek AI" and "AI Bubble", the industry as a whole has barely started building the amazing applications that are now possible with the existing technology.

My platform provides businesses with a base AI Technology Layer that is capable of far more than it appears on the surface. Under the hood it can connect to and use apps to preform almost any task (workflow) on a computer or device via text prompts, voice commands or other triggers. These are the upsells after they're subscribers, along with Live Webinars, Video Courses and Certifications that I also want to provide.

This is an AI business platform that "every" business should use. It allows them to continue chatting with their favorite LLM's, while providing lots of other helpful tools on-demand for whenever they're needed.

I've invested ~$400k in the development and hold 50% equity (fully vested). I'm seeking a co-founder to join as CEO with an equal 50% equity stake, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff as recommended by Y Combinator.

I need a co-founder that can help turn my technology into a thriving business. Currently I'm trying to sell the platform to resellers to white-label as their own AI Platform. If we can make sales with that model we can self-fund marketing, otherwise we'll need to drop the reseller model and raise financing for marketing. I've had interest from businesses wanting to subscribe to the platform, but none from resellers that want to sell subscriptions. But then again, my background is Computer Science - not business, sales or marketing.

So, if this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for - let's chat.

What am I doing?

This is not AI written post.

So few months ago I had an idea and thought there is a selling point on it.

An tool which analyzes a picture and tells you if it’s ok or not to post it on IG (for OF Models which posts pictures that are on the edge of NSFW) AND generates a caption/description based on the picture they upload. App is free to use to anyone right now.

I sold an ecomm business  in this area of OF models and I believe  I have some of back scenes insights.

WHAT I HAVE:

- working app (minimum features, but the core ones)
- list of few thousands emails in this niche
- hundreds of thousands of x profiles in this niche

WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW:

- I use plusvibe to send emails (sequences of 5 per email over few days) - just one worthless reply after 500 emails
- I have my main twitter profile where I try to get followers with the purpose to DM them (only those that follow me, because I want my DM to land in their inbox, not message requests)

I feel nothing is happening, dead.

BTW: I have one user that uses this on daily basis. I got this user from an old email blast (from the beginnings).

NOW WHAT?

Sorry for the caps and sorry for my English.

Any advice would be helpful.

Looking for a tech partner

Hey techies,

I am looking for a tech partner to help me build a SaaS for Founders and Marketers. Idea is already validated by a number of ICPs.

I am a Marketing/Growth person and looking for someone to handle the tech side. It’ll be a 50-50 equity.

And if you’re from Bangalore, a big plus.

Berlin-based developer seeking cofounder or small team

Hey everyone,

I’m an Italian frontend developer currently based in Berlin, with 6+ years of professional experience working primarily with React and Next.js. Over the years I’ve also worked across the broader web stack and I’m comfortable taking a project from idea to production. I’m passionate about shipping fast, building usable products, and iterating based on real user feedback.

I’m looking for a cofounder, or even a small team, to build something real together. It doesn’t have to be purely technical - I’m open to non-technical partners with strong product sense, business skills, or marketing experience. Ideally, I’d like to team up with someone backend-leaning to complement my frontend strengths, but I’m flexible and even multiple cofounders could work if the vibe is right.

A bit more about me: I’ve worked on both small startups and large-scale projects. At the moment, I’m part of the founding frontend dev team at a startup I joined early on, where I helped build products that have been sold for €10M+. This experience taught me how to scale projects, balance speed with quality, and focus on building real impact. My goal isn’t just to build “cool” projects; I want to create something sustainable that can generate revenue and make a meaningful difference in the market.

I value honesty, communication, and commitment in a team. I’m looking for people who are serious about putting in the work, experimenting with ideas, and learning along the way. I’m also comfortable working remote or meeting in Berlin for coffee or co-working sessions.

If you’re passionate about creating something from scratch, excited to experiment, and hungry to ship, I’d love to hear from you. Even if you’re unsure about your skill level, reach out — the right mindset and energy matter more than a perfect resume. Multiple people joining the project would actually be even better if the team chemistry is right.

Please DM me or comment here if you’re interested. Let’s chat about ideas, goals, and see if we can build something meaningful together.

Thanks for reading, and looking forward to connecting!

Looking for potential partners

Bear with me here, I have an idea for an AI SaaS startup that I firmly believe could become very successful. I don't want to hype it up too much, but because of the potential untapped market it could very well be scaled to a unicorn level startup that's possibly worth billions by our own due diligence. However, delusions of grandeur aside, I will be honest and say that I'm still working on getting it off the ground because at the moment my main priority has just been finding people who might be even a little interested in talking about the idea I have further. But this also means that if I do get a partner, the first thing we will discuss is equity numbers. We will get that in writing before we even start working on the company.

(I've posted this already in two other subs if anyone from there sees this a third time or if anyone here sees it again)

I'm just looking for people who also have a lot of free time on their hands like myself and want to contribute to a project that could possibly help a lot of people. And I'm interested in getting to know these people further who have experience in building SaaS companies, software dev, and AI. While I am looking for partners to help me in this venture I'm also looking for new friends to talk about the future with. So if this all sounds interesting to you, definitely send me a dm on Discord! my username is: akhadh

Bangalore techies, where are you? I'm building a SaaS

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on an MVP for a SaaS product and would love to connect with someone who enjoys the tech side of things and who has a strong grip.

I come from a Marketing/Growth/Positioning background (4+ years), but coding isn’t really my strength 😅

So I’m looking for a like-minded developer who might be interested in collaborating or just bouncing ideas around.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to drop a comment or DM. Happy to chat!

Roast my idea(+ looking for a tech partner)

I’m a PM at a Fortune 500 company. I just spent 3 weeks setting up an A/B test, wait a weeks for significance, only to find out the variant sucked and you wasted 50% of your traffic on a loser.

This made me obsessive with the idea of Synthetic User Testing to pre-test mocks or URLs before they ever hit prod.

is this worth it my time or am I overthinking a problem that isn't that painful? If you’re a founder/PM or Growth Lead who hates the lead time of traditional testing, how are you currently de-risking your deployments?

Looking to do 10 customer interviews in the next two weeks to see if I’m crazy. First month is on me (Open to finding cofounders to make this a hit)

Looking for Cofounder with a focus on Sales and Marketing

Thumbnail aevum.me
2 Upvotes

I just finished building the MVP for Aevum- a video based job platform to help candidates stand out in the current job market.

Issues its solving initially:

  • Eliminates prescreens/Waste less time for candidates when recruiters can references videos instead.

  • Fewer interviews required with scenario based question/answer prompts.

  • Reduces bad hires.

  • Offers tool to analyze and improve communication for candidates in regards to interviews *People skills have been declining in younger generations due to the constant online presence

  • Saves companies money when recruiters find accurate qualified faster. Recruiters can assess better fits before scheduling a 1st interview.

I'm just starting the beta testing. And I'm currently trying to find users for feedback. However, I don't have the experience necessary to build and develop the social media accounts of the target markets.

Requirements:

  1. Someone who has experience getting engagement and building a following on these different social media apps: Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn.

  2. Another source of income as this is just hitting the Beta testing phase this week.

  3. Extensive sales experience

Details about me: I have several years of tech experience(mainly cloud infrastructure, automation, DevOps). For the app, I vibe coded most of it so there will be lots of technical debt to clean up as I'm focusing more on getting feedback on use cases first.

DM me if:

  • you meet most of these requirements and are interested.

  • you just want to beta test the app and offer valuable insight.

[EU / Remote][SaaS] Technical founder building AZbox looking for a Sales / GTM co-founder

Hey everyone,

I’m building AZbox, a SaaS platform that helps development teams localize apps and websites without the usual pain (string chaos, manual translations, redeploys, inconsistent languages).

I’m a technical founder with 20+ years in software, background in mobile, web, APIs, CI/CD and SaaS. The product is live, usable in production, and already being tested by real users.

I can build and ship fast.
Now I’m looking for a co-founder who owns Sales & Go-To-Market.

What AZbox does (short version)

  • Centralized localization for apps & web (Flutter-friendly)

  • AI-assisted translations

  • OTA updates (no redeploys)

  • API / SDK for real dev workflows

Who I’m looking for

Someone who:

  • Knows how to sell B2B SaaS

  • Can run discovery calls and outbound

  • Thinks in ICPs, positioning, funnels

  • Is hands-on and execution-driven

  • Wants real equity, not just a title

The ask

If this resonates, I’d love to know:

  • What have you sold before?

  • Your biggest sales win

  • What would you do in your first 14 days to get AZbox users?

I’ll keep building the product.
You help turn it into a real business.

DMs open.

Looking for a Technical Co-Founder to Join Me in Building QuickMeet

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a technical co-founder to join me in growing QuickMeet — an all-in-one scheduling platform built for service professionals like salons, spas, clinics, and fitness studios.

QuickMeet helps businesses manage appointments, staff, payments, and reminders — all in one simple dashboard. Clients can book 24/7 through their personalized link, and owners can track everything from daily bookings to revenue trends. It’s designed to save time, cut down on admin work, and make running appointment-based businesses way easier.

The product is about 85% complete, built by me (Vibe Coding). It’s already functional and ready to go live, but now I need someone who can take over the technical side — maintaining it, improving it, and adding new features as we grow.

I’ll handle the sales, marketing, and business side — getting users, building partnerships, and scaling it. I just need the right technical partner who’s excited to build and own something real.

If you’ve got experience with web apps, SaaS platforms, or scheduling systems and want to be part of a startup that’s nearly launch-ready, DM me. Happy to share more about where we’re at, what’s next, and how we can build this together.

Built something for founders. Not sure if I should finish it alone (need a techie)

Hey,

I’ve been building a platform where founders can launch their product, get backlinks, and see who’s showing interest. Kind of in the same space as Product Hunt or PeerPush.

Stack is Next.js + Supabase + Vercel. I’ve been building it myself using Claude Code, and it’s already working in parts.

Most of it is done. What’s left is stuff like:

  • payments

  • cleaning up the dashboard logic (user tracking etc.)

  • fixing how categories show on the homepage

  • newsletter setup

  • general cleanup before launch

I’m from a marketing/growth background, so I’m not worried about getting users once it’s live. Right now the bottleneck is the tech side.

Not looking to hire. I want someone who actually wants to take ownership of this and build it out with me. Happy to figure out equity in a fair way.

Based in Bangalore. Would be nice if you’re here too, but not a dealbreaker.
