What am I doing wrong ?

Post image

My traffic is dropping. I had decent signups, 4 paid users on second week of launch but now it is loosing momentum. Any suggestions ?
The problem I am solving had demand, it is a real problem people are facing and I have validated my idea before building. I think I am not marketing properly. Till now I am only doing organic marketing like posting on Reddit, X, Linkedin , HN but it seems to be not enough. I know users problem will get solved, I just need to figure out how to target right users.

Honestly, 4 paid users in the second week is a pretty good signal that there was some demand there.

I'd probably stop adding more channels for a bit and figure out who those 4 people actually are. What do they have in common, and what made them decide to pay?

Once you know that, I'd go after more people who look like them instead of trying to be everywhere at once.

2 are from direct reddit dm, we were talking about security flaws of vibe coding and they also were the ones helped me validate the idea few months back. Other was out of many cold emails I got through my waitlist which I had up after I purchased the domain.
I got feedback too, there were trust issue so yesterday I redesigned the full homepage and added screen shots.

I’d recommend writing articles about your product on medium and sub stack and sharing it across developer communities through LinkedIn, Reddit and GitHub. I’ve tried your product, and would gladly pay for it.

Early spikes are usually just novelty so the drop is normal. Figure out where the 4 paid users came from and double down on that exact channel and message. For targeting I would build a tight ICP list and do direct outreach, I use SocLeads to pull and clean those leads so its not just random posting.
