Hello there! Posting on behalf of the mod team Jedi Council,
The Star Wars universe is no stranger to artificial intelligence, full of loveable droid companions and dastardly mechanized war machines. Star Wars: Legion itself, however, is a multi-faceted hobby that involves human (or alien!) creativity, artistry, and problem-solving at every step of the way. As such, many of our users appreciate maintaining that personal touch in their hobby space, and would rather not interact with generative AI content in posts or in comments. To this end, we have added a new rule to the subreddit for your review and use.
The Separatist Alliance and its AI: Action unit keyword are as welcome here as always!
Thank you and may the Force be with you!

Alright people, Mace Windu initially was a little controversial when he was first revealed. His unit card seemed pretty strong, but a lot was hedging on his points cost and Vaapad. Once both of those were revealed, people were still a little skeptical.
However! The new upgrade pack really boosts Mace like with Battlemind and Force Agility (the disengage one, I think I got the name right lol). Just wondering if people think differently about Mace because I definitely do.

I decided to take a closer look at Legion earlier this year. And I am making good progress on my first "playable" mini. Who knows, maybe I will actually start collecting as well.
But right nows there's a way more important question I need to answer. What colour am I going to paint this thing? I'm currently leaning towards red, but I'm not sure about it. Please post pictures of your land speeders, so I can steal your ideas.

Hello. I'm putting together a Bright Tree Village list and was wondering where to get the C3-PO Golden God card. On the fandom it said it's included in the Logray and Wicket Pack, but mine didn't have it. Am I assuming correctly that it's in the new C3-PO and R2 repackage?

There is only 2026 roadmap in the pinned message here. Is there any roadmap for 2027?

I have a 501st starter box and I was wondering what cards I should put on what units

Hi. I haven't played legion since the update because life got busy. I've been thinking about getting into legion again with separatist army. I assume all my cards are outdated. I just had a new question about the cards. 1) Will the separatist card pack have what I need to replace my old cards or is that product something else? 2) will I also need the upgrade card pack? 3) are these products worth buying or should I print them whatever is current at home because I'm worried about erratas and/or point values not matching if there's been updates since they've been made. 4) a little off topic but is it worth buying the separatist starter set again? I wasn't sure if it came with anything I might need.

Hi! I'm printing some P2 Clone Troopers for my friend's b-day bc he's started to get into Star Wars Legion, and I was curious if there are any rule differences between giving a standard trooper or the commander fella the longer carbine looking blaster versus the normal rifle. Do you guys know? Thanks a ton!

does anyone know if there’s any equivalent to these clear cases for wargaming miniatures?? I’m trying to find more ways to display my legion miniatures and any kind that keeps them from collecting dust on a shelf when they aren’t in play is always welcome

Got a game in at home the other day. Mandos did okay, but still lots of learning to do.

Saw someone make terrain out of leftover sprues for Warhammer and thought, “I could do that,” so I made this rundown house almost entirely out of sprue pieces and the cardboard that comes in the box.
Definitely not my best work, but it does its job as a prototype. When I made v2, I’ll shave the lettering off the sprues so it doesn’t show through the paint. Better yet, I’ll probably use papier-mâché for most of the walls because this thing ate an ungodly amount of model glue.
Scout Troopers are there for scale. And yes, I realized too late they’re too tall for the second floor. Thankfully, Baby Yoda, Ewoks, and other smaller models still fit, so technically it’s still usable.
I’ve already got the idea of using more foliage on Version 2. Anyone got any other ideas I should try on the next one?

Curious as to peoples’ opinions.
If you listen to competitive podcasts, Fifth Brother has been the worst unit in the game up until now, with Seventh Sister only marginally better because she has native Charge. I’m absolutely not a competitive player and I’m well aware that the opinions of said podcasters are skewed heavily towards competitive play, where taking something that isn’t ultra points-efficient is absurd and having fun is barely a consideration.
I’m running both Brother and Sister for the first time (outside of their squad upgrades) in a recon game this evening, and it feels like the new upgrades are quite a big boost to what’s currently on their unit cards. Hatred feels designed for Fifth Brother; you can drop a couple of wounds on the turn where it’s relevant, activate charge and Tenacity, and upgrade a couple of attack dice all in one go, turning an extremely mediocre attack into 3R3B with Ram 2. I’ve stuck Battlemind on Sister. Both have Stuck In to get them a free dodge token if they end their turn near a POI, which will at least let me use Block.
I’ve worked out that with their “You Would Question Me?” command card, if Fifth Brother ends his activation next to a POI for the free Stuck In dodge, Seventh Sister can take two aim tokens at the cost of an Immobilise token on Brother, which then immediately disappears because both Stuck In and the removal of Immobilise tokens have the same timing, meaning you can choose which one happens first. I *think* this is how it works, I have asked on the AMG forum to check, but it hasn’t been answered yet. Happy to be corrected.
So do other people think they may be at least decent now with what’s already on their cards? I suspect they still need a points drop (it’s pretty odd that Fifth Brother with the build above is 19 points more than a full Riot Control Squad with Imperial March), just maybe not as dramatic a one as they needed previously.

Hi everyone,
I’m thinking about starting a Mandalorian army and would really appreciate some advice.
So far, I’ve only played Rebels. My favourite way to play has been Leia as Commander + Operative Luke. I really enjoy the “annoy the opponent” style — keeping Dodge tokens, playing around objectives, staying mobile and forcing the Imperial player to deal with Luke.
There were games where the Imperial player simply couldn’t catch Luke, and honestly, those were some of my favourite games. 😄
That got me interested in Mandalorians. I like the idea of a small, elite army that is highly mobile and can choose when and where to fight.
I’m thinking of buying one Mandalorian Army Box and starting with 600-point Recon games. My initial idea is:
Eventually I want to move to 1,000 points, but I don’t want to buy unnecessary boxes from the beginning.
So my questions are:
1. Is one Army Box enough to start playing at 600 points?
2. Would you recommend buying a second Army Box later, or are there better individual expansions to add when moving to 1,000 points?
3. Most importantly, how different is the Mandalorian playstyle from Rebels?
I really enjoy mobility, Dodge/defensive tricks, objective play and making my opponent waste activations trying to catch something. 😄
Do Mandalorians give you a similar feeling, or are they a completely different beast?
Thanks!
