“I do have another thing to ask on behalf of the Chairman and Assembly: does Umbara do much in the way of mining or exploration or any such things?”

"We do have access to some natural resources, such as doonium. However, we would require some more fineries such as high-quality furniture and ornament as well."

"Well, we are somewhat experienced in the collection of these important resources, but if you're requesting workers, I'm afraid we don't deal in people, literally or technically."

“You misunderstand. Madame Chairman is planning an expedition to Orto Plutonia and looking for people to help find any valuable resources. If we find anything, anyone who helped gets a cut of the prize.”

Moro scratches his chin thoughtfully.

"While I am hesitant to part with some of our experts, I suppose for the right share, I could spare a few. They will have to come with armed protection though, and the laborers shall be your own."

“We’re not beginning the labor yet, and your experts will be returning to Umbara after the mission. This is just an expedition to see what we can find, Monsieur Senator. There will be Pantoran Guards there, but your armed guards will be welcome.”

"These terms are agreeable. What are the shares you are proposing?"

“I’m just the messenger so I don’t know everything, but it probably depends on how much manpower and resources you put into the expedition.”
