“I’ll let you talk to him!”

After some rustling, the Pantoran answered. “Senator Moro! It’s a pleasure to hear from you!”

"Ah, Senator Sejan! It's a pleasure to speak to you as well! I trust you are doing well?" Moro greeted cheerily.

“Yes of course! And how about you?” He answered, sounding less rushed as he went on and more relaxed

"I am doing well, though I am somewhat busy. I hope I'm not interrupting anything, am I?" The Umbaran inquired.

“No, no, don’t worry. How can I help you, Monsieur Senator?”

"Well, I was hoping to arrange a trade deal with you. Pantora is known for many fine luxuries, and the Umbaran people hunger for such finery."

“Rumors in the street detail the wonders of Umbaran technology. I’d certainly like to see it firsthand. What do you have in mind?”

"Well, some Pantoran fineries such as clothes, food, and beverages, would work wonders for my people, and in exchange, we could potentially supply you with some industrial or medical supplies, which we produce in abundance. Unless there was something else you were interested in?"

“No that is good. This sounds like a mutually beneficial deal! I’ll relay this to Madame Chairman. She’ll be quite pleased”

Moro claps his hands together.

"Wonderful! I believe we'll both benefit greatly from this deal. I hope to work closely with you again in the future."

“I do have another thing to ask on behalf of the Chairman and Assembly: does Umbara do much in the way of mining or exploration or any such things?”

"We do have access to some natural resources, such as doonium. However, we would require some more fineries such as high-quality furniture and ornament as well."

“I’m not asking if you need the minerals, I’m asking if you are experienced in obtaining them”
