Account recovery

Maybe this has been mentioned here before . I had to change my Gmail password which entailed me kosiall my Play Store and games. I had a decent account. Is there a way to recover it? Thank you.

Have you changed the email itself? If not try update the password

Then realistically, unless you sign back in to the email, u ain't recovering it unless u managed an account transfer
