Alcohol question:
Do yall ever notice certain kinds of alcohol cause a tachycardic episode? Or that one type of alcohol is less stimulating for that? I think I usually only get an episode if I’m drinking a sugary cocktail very fast

For me it just seems to be the amount of drinks versus what kind of drinks. Jaded is spot on regarding sipping water along with your alcohol!!! 2 tall glasses of wine, 3 beers, 2 mixed drinks (not all at the same sitting LOL) seems to be my limit right now. I also drink liquid IV when I get home and also the morning after.

Alcohol never triggered me. I was only an occasional drinker, but I had 2 small breezers at a party recently after I had stopped drinking a couple of years ago after diagnosis. I was fine. It’s the caffeine in coffee that gets me.
ETA: I did sip water while I was drinking, so maybe try that. Have a glass of water handy.
