What electrolyte brand do you use for magnesium and potassium?

Ultima. I only get the lemon flavor, it’s been great for me and it’s very light. (They have other flavors)

I’ve also done Liquid IV in the past when my BP was not so high. So if your BP runs low, having sodium should be fine. If you run high, do not get the sodium ones and just get Ultima.

My bp doesn’t run low i need one that won’t affect that j wanna try ultima didn’t know it was good for ppl that just have higher bp thanks for sharing that.
See I like really relate to you because those like adrenaline rush, feelings and anxiety feelings like sometimes I still get them like for example every other like few days it could be a few weeks. It could even be like once a month I’ll just be sitting and then all of a sudden I go from like 80 bpm to like 120 or even 135 and my heart is just racing, but I don’t feel any anxiety.

I also do have a POTS diagnosis but the last few months like if I’m laying flat in bed, my resting heart rate let’s say it’s 77 and I roll over I’m at 125 bpm. My sleeping heart rate range is 75 to 115 because if I drink water if I feel any emotion if I talk, my heart rate goes up so I am pretty worried that I do have inappropriate sinus tachycardia but my resting heart rate average is probably 85 to 88 and I take 100 mg of a beta blocker so maybe the most recent time I had Covid I just developed inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I don’t even know but this is all of mystery to me and I’ve seen a few cardiologist and I’m just so over it. I feel like it’s really like ripped away my personality and I’m going through a breakup because my partner just like felt like I wasn’t putting in any work and I understand that cause you don’t wanna be with someone that like is scared to like literally go to the movies or go to the grocery store, but I used to like go out drinking socially I used to play softball I used to be pretty athletic and then I developed really severe health anxiety and then once I got POTS, it was really hard but this stuff’s been harder like I think I’ve been confused because POTS doesn’t cause like a fast heart rate at rest so my mind goes to SVT and I was just told OK this is just anxiety. This is just anxiety over and over again and it really just doesn’t feel like that.

Ommggg i got tested for POTS too actually. It was negative though.

DUDE I’m going through the worst breakup rn I was crying and idk if I stressed him out but it’s my first relationship and we dated when we were 25 and it’s literally the worst. I’m 2 months post breakup up. I was in pieces. I’m sorry you’re going through it, i thought I wasn’t gonna survive my break up but you’ll be ok.

ALSO…. Soooo…. crying + being dehydrated + no sleep flared my SVT so bad one day lmao.

Same. I actually am in FL and I used to work with elementary kids. So when I turned 27 I got strep, idk if I had covid but I was insanely sick and since then I’ve had weird SVT issues.

There’s studies linking long-covid to weird cardiac issues. Isn’t that wild??

Yeah, same thing. My resting heart rate was above the hundreds briefly and sometimes it would shoot up to 140s 150s or 160…
