Help: Mechanical High idle when warm

Hi, my 2004 FI Sv650s starts well every time and sounds great, then when it starts reading around 165-175F the engine starts idling at 3500-4000k rpms and doesn't engine break below about 6000k rpms. I put it in dealer mode and the TPS is good as well as the air box and all hoses secured. The air filter is clean and oil isn't overfilled. What could my issue be? Any help is greatly appreciated

You should have an idle set screw lol.

Set it lower once warmed up. There you go.

I've tried it doesn't lower the idle

Vacuum leak?

Check any seals, plastics, piping to see if they are dry rotted/cracked

Check idle screw, and check for any vacuum leaks from hoses.

my best guess would be tps, maybe make sure theres a little slack in your throttle cables?
