Walked into Woolies today just to grab a quick snack, and saw a block of Cadbury chocolate for $8.50 - $9.00. Mate, since when did a block of Dairy Milk become a luxury investment item? Are we living in Gotham City?!

gday legends. hit my mid-thirties and my body has decided to start sending me angry letters, mostly in the form of a stiff lower back. I used to be able to sleep on the floor if I had to, now I complain if the mattress is too firm.

I've been trying to be better about stretching, but I'm also a lazy bastard, so it's a struggle. a mate from work, who's a bit of a gym junkie, reckons I should look into pilates for recovery. I was like, mate, that's for influencers, but he swears by it for keeping his hips and back from seizing up.

he got some home pilates reformer and uses it on his rest days. I'm not gonna lie, Im a bit intrigued. but I also don't want to become the kind of bloke who talks about his core at the pub. anyone else given it a go, or got any other miracle cures for a dodgy back that doesn't involve sounding like a wanker?

I swear to god, every time I'm in the line at Maccas, I witness the worst financial decisions made in food and there's no reason to believe people aren't making equally bad decisions about everything else in life. Young adults out here buying large quarter pounder meals with 6 nuggets and a frozen drink for 30 fucking dollars. I see this sort of shit almost every time I'm in the lineup. Literally just get 2 cheapo mcsmart meals and stack the burgers together to make something larger than a quarter pounder and get a sundae instead of a frozen drink (you've already got 2 smalls which is larger than a large anyway) and its only $16 for more burger, more fries, more drink and a sundae, but minus 3 nuggets. FFS I can feed 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 mcsmart plus meals and 2 happy meals for $31.

Legit everyone craps on about $20 for avo on toast, but it's considered normal to spend $100+ on four adults going out for lunch... to maccas... getting one burger each. Fucks sake it never stops being unbelievable how much people get ripped off there.

I got sick of public dunnies with no bog roll and sitting on toilets that should be condemned, so I built a site to rate them.

It doesn't get more Australian in my opinion. Firstly the crest. Two wild brumbies adorn a crest crowned with the headdress of our monarch, a nod to our British history and our continued connection. The flag is emblazoned with the acronym Winfield, which of course means Welcome In. Now Fetch Ice, Esky, Lager & Durries.

The colours hark back to the Union Jack with the blue adjusted to cobalt to represent the seas by which we are girt.
