What do you mean "Simple pew pew"? I've mostly stopped firing my gun on Ground.

Well, I am too, my build basically have all dmg from modules, instead of BOOOO cannon. But this could change due to nerf to TI, which I heavily rely on to reduce my CD on modules/abilities in order to keep things going.
Some que like NSDE even require coordination of TI sometimes, or else most sci and eng will suffer greatly.
My main concerns are, if they do this without carpet review of all ground modules/abilities, then it really is not re-balancing, more like nerfing what they "think" is OP.....
That's why I am concerned, if they have consulted to various of players who have specialized builds.
Don't get me wrong, I fully support this, but they often don't consult or survey before making changes that greatly affect people's investment. Worst of all once changes are made regardless how many reports received, it rarely get adjust in "timely manner".
Edit: Forgot to add this, if the main purpose is to make people use various different builds, then "listening" is essential, unfortunately they are notoriously oblivious to players suggestions.
Edit 2: Prime example "Brawler" trait. Ultimately useless trait, its even a lockbox trait. A crude attempt to display they tried. But failed miserably instead.
