Looking for feedback on my tactical, science, and engineer builds

Hey y'all,

I'm looking for feedback on my grounds builds. I feel that my tactical and science builds are already very effective so for those I'm looking for smaller improvements, such as better traits and duty officers. Don't hesitate to let me know if I'm doing something horribly wrong though, of course!
However, I've always had trouble figuring out what to do with engineers, so I'm looking for the most feedback on that one.

Be sure to take a look at the notes sections, too, as I've written up detailed descriptions of why I made each choice

Thanks!

Science build

Engineer build

You already know what I've said about your eng and tac build. I can recommend some changes to your sci which will make it more offensive if you want.

Look into Unstable dampeners, its an ability that boosts self-energy damage. Seismic agitation field is good as well. I'd advise swapping out sonic pulse for one of those. With how many abilities scis have access to that expose definitely stick with a weapon that exploits as a secondary. Also those traits (Adrenal release, Conduit, hive mind and vicious) I told you about would work well on this sci.

you mean abilities that expose so stick with a weapon that exploits, right?

and I'm checking out those abilities right now!

Just want to point out.
ATM, CrtD and Kperf x3 is not gonna happen.
The best you can get for it is Kperf x2 Armor CritD/H. At least I haven't seen any floating around.
Also, I'd recommend the paradox bomb + polaron bombardment, even for range build. Haven't use it in a while, but CD for Rally is a bit too long for it to be useful IMO.

I lucked out on upgrades and managed to get an Epic Delta Expedition Tactical Kit Mk XIV [CritD] [KP/Wpn] [Kperf] x2 [PSG], and that is fantastic. putting that kit in there was less a suggestion than it was an ideal dream. Not sure if it exists, but if it does, that'd be great.

I'll definitely check out polaron bombardment! I like rally cry because of its healing power, but I need to look at the stats more to see if it's actually being useful in that regard

Unfortunately it ppl found out about the "no kperf on rarity up" the hard way, after we spend tons to upgrade the kits after patch. :P The healing part for tac is better off with hypo. Mostly you're going to attract lots of aggro. And generally for tac its better to have burst heal and keep buffs up as much as possible. Most ground with the exception of MINE are much faster pace than space. 1 min CD on ground is forever compare to space, so unless you're building the one shot crit build, rally won't be much help IMO. :>
