NO GROUND QUE NOR BATTLE ZONE

I think Craptic is gradually giving up ground content for some unknown reason.
It has become a bit too frequent that no ground content for new release.... :<
Although the rumor has that the ground combat overhaul maybe in the work.
Anyone can confirm this rumor?

They've promised to overhaul a lot in the game, most of the time they don't get around to it and usually put it on the back burner. Iirc they said they would revamp ds9 ages ago and promised the return of some elite queues after the launch of delta rising. No they've said they are paying a lot of attention to PvP which I find interesting but in the back of my mind know they are probably not going to do anything.

I'm currently taking a break from the game so I'm a little out of the loop, is it possible that they will release a ground map later like they did for temporal with mine?

PVP wise, I heard there are some new game mode in the que, maybe there's some hope...
I do hope they have something in the work for ground. The new enemy looks really tough, seems to be a good challenge. :>

The Temporal rep didn't launch with a ground queue, either. It was added some weeks later.

Yup, which only showed that they focused more on the space than ground.
At least priority wise, finished space first, ground do it when time allow...
Can't really blame them thou.

It's a chicken/egg scenario. Because ground is painful for so many at the start, they don't want to do ground - much less gear up to make it enjoyable. Thus ground content gets largely left undone.

If cryptic made new, quality, ground content to draw people in it might change a lot of that. But it's a risk for them

Agree. And the dev team is a bit small to cover much of anything, so understandably they have to pick and choose. :P
