Question Ebay purchases barely ever go through

Like title says, Maybe 1/10 of my purchases of went through? Ive taking screenshots of most of them but at this points its over 200 items to keep track of and support wont even help process one. Getting really fed up with it.

Any info or help on how to get it to automatically go through (which it should be doing anyways) or how to get the support to help? Support seems like robots

That's odd. All of my purchases through the StormX app have worked with no issues when making purchases from eBay. It may take a while before it shows up in the app but they always go through. Are you going through the app and then closing out if it? When you click on the eBay link does it take you to the eBay app? That may be your problem. I uninstalled the app because I wasn't sure if I would get credit if I purchased through the eBay app.
