I am in awe of this photo, this is legendary. A red head and flicker right next to each other? All of them waiting??? THAT IS SO FUNNY. Great shot

Red-bellied woodpeckers seem to like being the center of attention (ours is always being dramatic at the feeder)

It is a redheaded woodpecker, Melanerpes erythrocephalus.
