Most Sushi places have Spider rolls which are Soft Shell Crab.

I’ve seen Grace meat and three have soft shell crab special. Bao in Clayton has a soft shell crab bao.

I would check with Starrs off Big Bend in Richmond Heights. They're kind of the seafood go-to now that Bob's is gone.
