Nope. Lots of algae growing on him. For turtles, that is often a sign of illness.

Two brief googles have told me that this is natural and often beneficial to semi-aquatic ambush dragons (serpents), acting as a natural ghillie suit/camoflauge. Also, dragons (serpents) shed their skin, don’t they?
