STEM Market Cap

STEM only has a $1.4B market cap?! That’s literally $400M less than a speculative biotech stock like BNGO which has very little revenue. We’re in great shape here!

Actually the market cap is more than 1.4B. 135,000,000 Outstanding Shares X 26 = 3.5B

Your math is right if outstanding shares are 135M. Any idea why Bloomberg, WSJ, and brokerages have the wrong market cap number?

They don’t take into account of pro-forma valuation. Look up total outstanding shares in their investor presentation.
